The idea started back in 2011 with the two of us planning our upcoming weddings. Both of us working artist and having specific ideas in mind, we quickly realized that there were no businesses around that offered the style or quality decor we had been envisioning. So, instead of settling, like usual, we took matters into our own hands. After countless hours of wandering New York State (sometimes I think we got lost on purpose) traveling to barns and estate sales trying to find the right pieces, we found ourselves becoming obsessed. But it wasn't just the hunt that captured our hearts, it was also the untold history and stories of where these items had lived for so many years before making their way into the trunk of our cars.
Somewhere along our travels we realized that we could help others create the vision they had without having to spend countless hours searching the surrounding landscape to find what they needed. Both of us, having had weddings previously and understanding just how invaluable every second is leading up to that day, we realized there was a need for an all inclusive rental studio, offering these sort of items. Born out of that necessity we created Empire Revival. A rental company that prides itself on giving new life to the fine craftsmanship of days past.
Empire Revival offers Vintage Rentals for parties, events and photo shoots in the New York and surrounding areas. We specialize in vintage china, tabletop items and accent decor. Event design and styling services are available for clients who would like more creative assistance. Our curated collection of treasures will ensure your event will be dapper, full of charm and one of a kind.
